When you submit our contact form we collect: company name, your name, email address, role, event details and your message. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a project proposal.

3. Legal Basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for 24 months after last contact, unless a project relationship is established.

rex-lang — stores your language preference (up to 12 months). rex-cookie-consent — stores your cookie choices (up to 12 months). Session cookies — required for security and admin login when applicable.

6.2 Analytics cookies

We may enable anonymous analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) in the future. These are off by default and load only if you opt in via the cookie banner. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

6.3 Embedded content (YouTube)

Some pages embed YouTube videos. When you play or load a video, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies and process data according to their privacy policy. We do not control third-party cookies from embedded players.

6.4 Language detection

If you accept cookies, we may call ipapi.co once to suggest Polish for visitors from Poland. No data is stored on our servers from this request beyond your language preference cookie.
